This role identifies customer needs and provides tailored solutions that address specific challenges and enhance operational performance. The Regional Sales Representative will build strong customer relationships, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence.* Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans designed to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.* Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations, to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, customer activity, and key business metrics to the Regional Sales Director.* Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
