Job Overview

Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care program. Enjoy a small patient panel, longer appointments of 20–60 minutes, and a non‑production‑based compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients in a capitated‑fee environment.
• Manage a patient panel limited to 800–1,000 patients with appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
• Collaborate with at least two advanced practice providers to provide interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Participate in regular provider meetings (journal clubs, grand rounds) for ongoing learning and development.

Provider Experience

• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size).
• More time with patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes.
• Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school and completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Pay Range

$230,000 – $280,000 per year (actual offer may vary based on location and experience). Eligible for an annual incentive.
