Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional to help growth in the industrial filtration, fluid conditioning and sensor-based solutions. You will provide technical support,acting as the crucial bridge between our engineering capabilities and our clients' business needs. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide solutions that support client needs across manufacturing, processing, distribution, and related industries. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys developing long-term partnerships and delivering value through consultative selling. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that provide value. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through closing and follow-up. Work with our team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and activity expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM systems. Travel as needed to meet customers, conduct site visits, and support business development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree prefferred Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or a related customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop trusted relationships and work effectively with diverse customers. Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing business. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or similar business software. Ability to learn technical products, applications, and industry-specific solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling industrial equipment, supplies, components, or services. Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, or related industrial environments. Background in solution-based or consultative selling.
