Customer Service Representative
RC Willey is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Intermountain Distribution Center team in Salt Lake City.

Starting Pay: $17.75 per hour, with an increase to $18.25 after 90 days.
Training Schedule: 3-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Training Start Date: August 10, 2026.


Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts and an additional weekday off. Sundays are always off.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, deliveries, sales, and service-related issues.
• Provide support and assistance to delivery teams, customer service departments, and retail store locations.
• Follow up on customer concerns and service requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Help create outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and positive when handling challenging customer situations.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
