Field Service & Installation Technician - Label Applicator Systems

Summary

We are seeking a field service technician, machine assembler, and installer on our label application equipment - to become an integral part of our team! You will perform some assembly tasks as needed to complete machine prep for installation as well installation of these small machines and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Our equipment is installed onto Customers/OEM Vertical form fill sealing machines.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Test and prepare finished products for shipment
• Install machine at customer location
• troubleshoot any electrical or mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Learn to conduct installations at customer sites. - Requires travel

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Electrical, Mechanical and PLC experience required
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
