Bilingual Retirement Plan Educator & Enrollment Specialist

Empower is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment for defined contribution plans. You will travel 50–60% across the territory and collaborate with the Relationship Management team to strengthen sponsor relationships. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in financial services, bilingual Spanish, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Empower
