Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation. Evaluate claims, analyze liability and damages, and develop case strategies. Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progression of matters. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support workflow and operational goals. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in Missouri; additional jurisdictions a plus. 1–3 years of personal injury or comparable litigation experience required. Strong work ethic and high level of accountability. Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities. Professional judgment and ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
