Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Recent experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and implementation
• Comfortable working with children and adolescents from kindergarten through high school
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule across various school locations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with educators, families, and other specialists

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide direct therapy to K-12 students, targeting areas such as motor skills, self-care, social participation, and classroom access
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to maximize student progress and participation in the general education curriculum
• Maintain thorough records of assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes
• Travel between multiple school sites within an organized geographic area
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
