Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the store manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts sales & inventory management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial account support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• You'll go the extra mile if you have
• Exceptional communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
• Certifications: Automotive service excellence (ASE) certification
