TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring an Executive Assistant 

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership? TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a growing organization in Ocala, FL.

 

Job Details 

• Location: Ocala, FL | Fully On-Site

• Salary: Starting at $70,000-80,000k (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

   

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support directly to the CEO

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and changing executive priorities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up

• Manage executive correspondence, emails, documents, and other confidential information with discretion

• Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address administrative and operational priorities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics as needed

• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other executive-level documentation

• Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO, employees, clients, vendors, and other business partners

• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to help ensure priorities continue moving forward

• Assist with special projects and other business initiatives as requested by executive leadership

• Partner with teams across the organization to coordinate information and support day-to-day business operations

 

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar position supporting senior-level leadership

• Experience directly supporting a CEO, President, C-suite executive, or other senior leader strongly preferred

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of an organization

• Comfortable working fully on-site in an office connected to an industrial/warehouse environment

• Previous experience within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or a related industry is a plus

• Flexibility for limited travel if required in the future
