Responsibilities
Lead our commercial insurance division by identifying new growth opportunities and expanding our reach in the Norwalk area.
Evaluate complex risk profiles for local businesses to provide comprehensive, thoughtful coverage solutions.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their protection evolves as their businesses grow.
Collaborate with our carriers to negotiate the best terms and competitive premiums for your clients.
Mentor team members by sharing your expertise and guiding them through complex sales cycles.
Uphold the high standard of integrity and personal attention that our clients have come to expect from The Atlantic District.
Requirements
Connecticut Property Casualty Producer License.
Valid Life Health Producer License.
Five or more years of experience managing independent insurance accounts.
Advanced understanding of commercial risk assessment and underwriting guidelines.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating platforms.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.
Experience mentoring junior sales staff or leading a brokerage unit.
