Auto Shop Admin Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:50am to 05:00pm )
- Customer service and answering phones
- Ordering, receiving, and inventory of auto parts in the shop.
- Cash handling.
- Creating estimates and invoices.
- Taking auto parts that are dropped off out to the shop.
Auto Shop Admin Assistant Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Excellent customer service. Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cash handling skills and Experience answering phones
- Outgoing personality, and self motivated
- Professional appearance and clean driving record
- MUST be able to work the entire shift and be there every work day, attendance is crucial.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
