What You’ll Do

• Conduct inpatient psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
• Manage a caseload averaging 18 patients daily
• Administer medications and monitor responses
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology management
• Document patient care using Wellsky EMR

What You Need

• Active medical license in Delaware or eligible for licensure
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Minimum of 2 years experience in inpatient psychiatric care
• Strong knowledge of treatment for anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, substance use, and trauma-related disorders
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
