Production Operator
$17 - $20 per hourManpower
Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator , you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Oak Ridge, TN
Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 p/hr DOE
Shift: Weekend shift 6:00am to 6:00pm OR 6:00pm to 6:00am
What's the Job?
- Perform multiple manufacturing processes following work order specifications
- Operate and monitor complex production equipment
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer standards
- Take corrective action on non-conforming products
- Transfer parts between processes using computer systems
What's Needed?
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills
- Ability to read and interpret standard and metric measurements
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Availability to work weekends.
