Job Description

We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Plymouth, WI. This is an addition to a growing team and you will be responsible for full-cycle AP for a successful manufacturer. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

Accurately code and enter vendor invoices
Three way matching of purchase orders to invoices to receipts
Reconcile issues with invoices and provide resolution
Perform weekly check runs

Requirements:

Three or more years of accounts payable experience
Manufacturing background desired
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
Comfortable working in multiple systems
