Are you ready to step into a vital manufacturing role with a top-tier global life sciences leader? We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate Level 1 in Walkersville, MD to execute manual and automated aseptic liquid filling processes in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.

responsibilities:

• Execute aseptic processing, liquid media filling, and capping operations adhering strictly to defined SOPs.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment, tanks, and sterilizing filters.
• Complete and review GMP documentation, batch records, and inventory logs concurrently with production tasks.
• Perform aseptic gowning, material transfers, and personal and environmental monitoring in cleanroom spaces.
• Maintain facility upkeep, prepare materials for autoclaving, and assist with bulk formulations.
• Support team operations while identifying and communicating non-routine events or deviations.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, aseptic gowning, and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
