The Opportunity Ironwood Design Group is seeking a motivated and talented Project Manager to join our growing Atlanta studio. What You'll Do Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Lead the design vision while delivering creative, technically sound, and buildable landscape architecture solutions. Mentor and develop project teams within a collaborative studio environment. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver exceptional projects. Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through exceptional client service, repeat business, and professional engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. 5-7 years of professional experience preferred. Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure. Experience leading projects through multiple phases of design and construction. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Strong understanding of construction documentation and project delivery.
