How you'll make an impact

• Own day-to-day service for your assigned accounts and help make sure each client feels heard and supported.
• Work with colleagues on renewals, keep deadlines moving, and help secure existing business.
• Look for ways to add services and lines of coverage that fit the client's needs.
• Your work will help support client retention, client satisfaction, and the branch's revenue goals.

About You

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Experience in client service, account management, or renewals in insurance or a related field. Solid financial acumen.
• Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. A clear, calm way of communicating with clients and teammates by phone and in writing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
