Quality Improvement & Innovation Specialist (Healthcare)

Family Health Centers of San Diego

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Quality Improvement and Innovation Coordinator. The position involves supporting the implementation of quality improvement projects in collaboration with clinic staff. Responsibilities include developing educational resources, completing patient chart reviews, and providing education on quality measures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
