Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic and social development
- Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to classroom needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learners
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
- Support students with special needs or learning challenges throughout daily activities
- Facilitate a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations with supervising staff
- Contribute to school activities and maintain professional relationships within the school community
