Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in Maitland, FL.Summary:The SCA Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions supporting federal government contracts subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). This role will recruit high-volume, hourly personnel across multiple contract requirements while providing a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for government contractors and understands the unique challenges associated with SCA positions, including wage requirements, contract-specific qualifications, candidate documentation, and high-volume hiring.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for SCA-covered positions, from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for a high volume of hourly positions across multiple government contracts and locations
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
• Review resumes and conduct phone/video screens to assess candidates against contract-specific requirements
• Ensure candidates understand position requirements, compensation, schedules, work locations, and other contract-related details
• Provide high-touch candidate support, including frequent communication and guidance throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
• Assist candidates with required documentation and employment requirements, including identification, background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment steps as applicable
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up
• Partner closely with hiring managers, program managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities

Skills

• Experience recruiting for SCA and/or cleared positions (ideally to start we will open this up if we are having issues)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and helping candidates through the entire recruiting to onboarding process

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
