Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionPosition: Maintenance MechanicSchedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pmStarting Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 hourTroubleshoot, repair & perform set-ups, preventative maintenance on all assembly machines, high-speed automation lines and cell operationsKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain Assembly production equipment on a daily basis to ensure they are running to optimum performance.Perform set-ups, repair and troubleshooting on all Assembly Machines.Assist Technicians for preventive maintenance on all Assembly & secondary operation machines.Maintain set-up and change over component on all Assembly & secondary operation machines.Communicate real time status of Assembly operations with Team Leader throughout the shift.Responsible to ensure that proper resins / colorants / additives are being used. The starting base pay for this role is targeted to be between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Knowles, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company.
