NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER!

M&F Auto Sales is seeking a motivated, experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team!

We're a locally owned, family-operated dealership looking for a results-driven professional who understands the automotive sales process, builds strong lender relationships, and knows how to maximize opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who can confidently structure deals, secure financing, present F&I products, and help customers complete their vehicle purchases smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Structure and secure competitive financing options for customers with a variety of credit backgrounds

• Present and sell F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

• Maximize F&I performance while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance

• Accurately prepare, review, and finalize finance contracts and vehicle purchase documents

• Ensure all required stipulations, down payments, and funding documents are collected promptly

• Work closely with the Sales Management team to structure deals and assist with approvals

• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

• Assist the sales team during high-volume periods to help maintain a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
  
  
• Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structuring, and F&I products

• Proven ability to meet sales and profitability goals

• Experience working with prime and subprime lenders

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of dealership compliance requirements

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with dealership management systems and finance platforms

• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
