Chief Financial Officer

Youth Development, Inc. (YDI) is seeking an accomplished financial executive to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer.
The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk management, and organizational planning for one of New Mexico's leading nonprofit organizations. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can translate financial insight into strategic action and help drive organizational growth and sustainability.
