We are hiring Production Equipment Technicians to support our manufacturing operations in Blaine across multiple shifts and skill levels. Opportunities are available for experienced Maintenance Mechanics with clear pathways for growth and advancement.



Open Roles & Compensation

Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift)

• Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Focus on advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) across departments
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Perform shop repairs (welding, machining, milling, etc.)
• Support line personnel with mechanical issues and changeovers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• 6+ months of manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds
