Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload shipping containers and safely stack pallets
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Load outbound trucks according to schedules and procedures
- Assist with warehouse inventory control and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently (required)
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for the full shift
- Comfortable working in a high-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Incentives
- Bonuses available for unloading containers
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
