Accounting Supervisor

Provide outsourced accounting services for multiple nonprofit clients Begin to oversee client relationships and engagement teams Review and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Produce and review monthly financial statements Prepare and review audit and Form 990 support schedules Communicate directly with clients on engagement matters Interface with external vendors and banking/finance institutions Requirements Four to six years of experience in public accounting, auditing, corporate, or non-profit accounting roles Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or license in progress preferred Not-for-profit industry experience preferred Familiarity with multiple commercial accounting software packages, including Sage Intacct and QuickBooks, preferred Excellent Excel and MS Office skills Passion and commitment to providing quality client service and guidance Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work with nonprofit clients and multiple client engagements Pre-employment background check Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing outsourced accounting services for nonprofit clients, including financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and audit support.
