What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
In this role, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls with professionalism, high energy, and a helpful attitude.
- Problem-solving on the fly by researching information across multiple resources to resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries.
- Documenting details flawlessly by entering customer data into the system, completing call logs, and generating reports.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure a stellar customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. The ideal match includes:
- Experience: At least 1+ years of customer service experience specifically within a call center environment.
- Sales Savvy: Previous experience selling products or services over the phone is highly valued.
- Tech-Skills: Strong data entry, fast typing, and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, paired with active listening skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Background: Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
