Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused and dependable Customer Service Representative to join a team in Tempe! This role primarily involves handling incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer support, and assisting with customer inquiries. Some email communication will also be required.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others, can manage a steady flow of phone calls, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Communicate with customers via email as needed.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Follow established procedures and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required in a call center setting.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass background and drug screen

• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

What's Offered

• Pay: $21.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off

• Fully onsite training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Some hybrid flexibility available after training
