As a Security Officer Protective Patrol in Jeffersonville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, helping to confirm compliance with location rules, posted instructions, and access protocols.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns observed during patrols or inspections, and support orderly operations through clear communication and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
