Associate Director, Pipeline & Portfolio Market Planning

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Pipeline & Portfolio Market Planning to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment. Location: Redwood City, CA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $215,300 – $253,200 annually. Responsibilities Lead strategy initiatives to define product vision and drive business impact. Provide integrated perspectives in clinical strategy and new product planning. Design and refine competitive intelligence and market analysis frameworks. Support cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic continuity. Develop long‑range revenue forecasts to support program planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD, PharmD). 8+ years of new product planning experience in oncology. Proven ability to lead strategic planning by integrating various perspectives. Strong market research and analytical skills.
