Job TitleCustomer Support/HME Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionHome Medical Equipment (HME) provides home medical equipment/supplies and services to patients at home, in clinics, and at alternative care sites throughout Oregon and SW Washington. HME operations include multiple types of equipment, delivery methods, and insurances with varied medical necessity criteria. The Customer Support/HME Sales Representative is accountable for performing 'service order resolution' activities on accounts for Providence HME Satellite sales facilities. This position is required to balance quality and volume in providing excellent customer service to all customer inquiries associated with HME. Specifically, the Customer Support/HME Sales Representative will assist customers in finding and purchasing the right Home Medical Equipment and accessories in order to improve the end-users quality of life. Sales will take place at a Providence HME satellite or Halsey branch locations.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
