Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview As a Speech‑Language Pathologist with The Menta Group, you will work with students to provide speech‑language assistance in accordance with the students’ IEPs. This role is available as part‑time and full‑time direct‑hire positions at Menta Academy Iroquois (Gilman, IL) on a 7:30 am to 3:00 pm schedule following a 10‑month school calendar. Responsibilities Supervise students in groups and individually, monitoring behavior to ensure alignment with programmatic expectations. Provide educational direction and support for students during times of confusion, frustration, and emotional upset. Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for the student caseload. Provide Speech‑Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP. Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly. Compensated intrastate travel required. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university program. Current Speech‑Language Pathology license from the IDFPR. Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed.
