Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $85,000+ DOE 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Generous paid time off Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert meetings Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents Review and summarize medical records and case-related documentation Organize case files and litigation materials Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or complex litigation preferred Strong discovery, calendaring, and case management skills Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities Trial preparation experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Paralegal certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree preferred but not required If you're seeking an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation while joining a collaborative and successful legal team, we'd love to connect.
