Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00). Block scheduling required. No weekends, no call, no floating between units. Expected patient ratio 1:20.

• Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center with 25 staffed beds
• Teaching hospital environment utilizing Epic charting system
• Reduced non-billable orientation – 0 hours versus standard 40 hours
• 91-day travel assignment with no weekend requirements

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with outpatient infusion
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Experience with ambulatory care/outpatient clinic, compounding, high-alert medications, and Pyxis systems
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
