Hospice Volunteer, Administrative Volunteer, Events Volunteer (Pensacola Area)

Welcome to Peoples Hospice

We are searching for kind compassionate volunteers to sit with a Hospice patient for companionship, and to provide caregivers respite. Make a difference in the lives of others by visiting, reading and just simply being present makes a huge impact.

We also need volunteers for administrative duties such as Tuck In Calls, calling patients to see if they need anything before the weekend. Families look forward and appreciate your calls.

All hands on deck needed for our special events. Maybe you are a Veteran and would enjoy sitting with a fellow Veteran or volunteering to assist with our special WE Honor Veteran Program. If you are a Veteran who would enjoy presenting a Veteran with a Certificate and Coin please we need YOU! Our Hospice Veterans feel so special and honored when another Veteran recognizes their accomplishments.

If you are a hairdresser, barber, love to do crafts enjoy floral arrangements we need YOU too!

• Our Hours are 8am to 5pm M-F our volunteers typically volunteer two to four times a month depending on their schedule. We customize the opportunity .: 08:00 to 17:00 CST
