PBX Operator

To support a fast-paced clinic, the PRN PBX Operator will manage incoming calls, direct communications, and assist with telephone system inquiries, working onsite and remotely as needed. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls to the hospital switchboard and direct them to the appropriate locations Document page requests and assist with basic telephone system operations Perform overhead pages to locate physicians and relay information to staff and visitors Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a communication or dispatch center, such as Dispatcher or Customer Service Representative Preferred two years of experience in a hospital setting
