Job Description

St. Marys Medical Group, in partnership with St. Marys Health Care System (SMHCS) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Greensboro, Georgia, located in the desirable Lake Oconee region.  

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative, team-based practice currently staffed by:
  • 1 full-time physician
  • 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • 1 part-time physician
• Outpatient-only primary care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
• Flexible patient panel: adult-focused Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ages 13+)
• Utilize EPIC EMR , supporting efficient, integrated care delivery
• Opportunity to care for a highly engaged, motivated, and compliant patient population , contributing to strong provider satisfaction
