Member Experience Center RepresentativeDo you have at least three years of experience working in a Financial Institution and are ready to move your career in a new challenging direction? Blaze Credit Union has a great opportunity to join our Member Experience Center (Call Center) helping Members over the phone with their financial needs. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner while ensuring the highest quality of member service. Our Member Experience Center positions are a first call resolution environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities including processing transactions, researching and resolving member questions and disputes, along with providing technical support for our automated services. This is the perfect position for someone who is motivated to continue learning.Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for $5,000 paid over two years, while candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for $5,500 paid over two years.This position has rotating shifts Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:15 pm, Friday 8:00 am-6:15 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am-12:15 pm. Must be able to work Full Time and Saturday rotations (extended hours if needed). Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $25.20 - $29.50/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
