As a Sales Account Manager with Walton Residential Services, you will be on the front lines of our new residential initiative. This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of an established company’s exciting expansion into a new market. You’ll leverage Walton Roofing’s strong reputation to generate leads, educate homeowners, and close sales, all while enjoying a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong background in sales and a passion for the roofing industry. This is your chance to grow with a respected company while helping to build something from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and follow up on residential sales leads
- Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on roofing needs and solutions
- Present, negotiate, and close roofing contracts
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales and build process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Track leads, opportunities, and performance through CRM tools
- Represent Walton Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (construction or roofing sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Roofing knowledge or willingness to learn through training
