Accounts Payable Clerk - Contract

The Accounts Payable Clerk position is available in Westford, MA for our manufacturing client. This role is part of a dynamic finance team that is known for its commitment to accuracy and efficiency in managing financial transactions.

Shift of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
8am-5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate/Salary of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
$22-$30 - pay is depending accounting experience and experience working within manufacturing 

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process high volume transactions with accuracy and proficiency.
• Schedule and prepare checks while resolving discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
• Support reception desk coverage as needed.

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Associates degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in accounts payable.
• Strong ERP experience and proficiency in accounting software.
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good vendor relationships and work independently.
