Master Croft International, a division of Concord Pacific Corp., is seeking a talented, dynamic, results-driven General

Manager to lead and grow our kitchen cabinet and bathroom business.

We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands sales, people, operations, customer

service, and business development - and knows how to turn opportunities into measurable results.

EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to take a key leadership role in a growing organization with an established sales model. Our

company generates homeowner leads and pre-scheduled sales appointments , allowing our sales representatives to

focus on meeting customers, presenting kitchen and bathroom solutions, and closing business.

The General Manager will ensure the entire process performs at a high level - from lead management and appointment

conversion to sales execution, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team

• Manage sales representatives and drive individual and team performance

• Oversee company-provided leads and pre-scheduled homeowner appointments

• Monitor appointment-to-sale conversion rates and sales results

• Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards

• Coach representatives on presentations, negotiations, follow-up, and closing techniques

• Oversee kitchen cabinet and bathroom sales operations

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial appointment through completion

• Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, developers, and industry professionals

• Identify new markets and business-development opportunities

• Work closely with ownership and senior management on growth strategy

• Drive revenue, profitability, accountability, and operational excellence

Experience in kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, remodeling, construction, home improvement, interior design, building

products, or related industries is highly desirable.
