Licensed Substance Use Counselor — Impactful Community Care

Canvas Health in North Branch, MN is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to join our outpatient treatment team. The role includes assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, and service coordination to support clients on recovery. MN LADC licensure is required with experience in Court Services and Managed Care networks.
