Hawaii's Finest Project Director

Hawaii’s Finest Clothing is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Project Director to join our growing team. This role will help oversee and execute a variety of company projects including events, retail operations, pop-ups, merchandise development, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creativity, culture, and community. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing projects across multiple areas of the company Support production timelines for merchandise development and fulfillment Help organize and manage retail operations, expos, and pop-up events Collaborate with the design team on creative concepts and visual assets Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness Assist with social media content planning and scheduling Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain strong communication and organization across all projects Qualifications Experience in project management or multi-department coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with interest in branding and design Experience or interest in retail, merchandising, events, or marketing preferred Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team Ideal Candidate Goal-oriented and results-driven Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and adaptable Passionate about creativity, culture, and the Hawaii community Employment Type Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawaii's Finest Clothing & Events
