Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Managed Services Onsite)Immediate need for a talented Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Managed Services Onsite). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Birmingham, AL (Onsite). Please review the job description below:Key Responsibilities:Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.Manage high-volume document imaging systems and related software.Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections and maintenance.Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes to designated locations.Respond to service calls and coordinate job requests from customers.Maintain records for management reports and inventory supplies.Perform light maintenance duties and assist with building support functions as needed.May require occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:High school diploma or GED.1-2 years of experience in a related field.Excellent customer service and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.Ability to lift items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and push/pull equipment weighing up to 700 lbs.Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per company policy (preferred).Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment.Familiarity with document management systems.Our client is a leading Business Consulting Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
