Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, delivering therapeutic interventions that promote healing and communication.

• Regularly review treatment plans, making necessary adjustments in response to the clients' evolving needs and progress.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Woman's Counseling Center, our client population encompasses a wide array of individuals, including adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing various mental health issues. You will directly interact with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma, utilizing your expertise to guide them through their concerns and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy with a focus on various mental health issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in documenting care in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community health or counseling centers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
