Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored therapy programs.
• Educate nursing staff and families on follow-up care to support ongoing progress.
• Communicate patient status and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Manage patient scheduling and document care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to professional and legal guidelines.

Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience & Requirements: Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license valid in the service region, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.
