For more information, please visit Position Summary: The F3 Support Specialist provides administrative, systems and event support to First Liberty’s F3 team. This position helps coordinate team operations, maintain organizational systems and databases, manage communications, and support the planning and execution of F3 events and initiates. Responsibilities Administrative & Systems Support o Provide ongoing administrative, systems and operational support to the F3 team o Manage schedules, communications, databases, distribution lists, and documentation related to the F3 team, Ambassadors, programs and events o Maintain organized records, communications, and distribution lists for regional F3 Ambassadors, teams, and other initiatives with attention to detail and accuracy o Demonstrate initiative by establishing priorities, following through on assignments, and ensuring timely completion of work o Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as requested o Other duties as assigned F3 Event Support o Coordinate logistics for fundraisers, monthly video calls, strategy meetings, and other F3 event related activities o Manage event registration processes and attendee communications o Assist with venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and vendor coordination o Assist with event budget tracking and expense monitoring o Prepare event materials, packing, and shipping as needed o Collect participant feedback and evaluate event outcomes to improve future events o Travel to support F3 events (optional) Requirements o Must agree with and sign First Liberty’s Articles of Faith o At least 2 years of administrative, operations, or event coordination experience o Excellent organization and project coordination skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Teams o Experience working with CRM or donor databases is preferred; ability to quickly learn new systems is required o Strong written and verbal communication o Experience managing calendars, databases, and spreadsheets o High attention to detail and accuracy o Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision o Highly developed listening and questioning skills o Able to engage and serve a variety of people and personalities o Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems o Able to handle security-sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement Physical Requirements o Intermittent periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer o Occasional walking, standing, stooping, reaching with hands and arms o Lift up to 20 pounds without assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr First Liberty
