Team Support Specialist

Reporting to: VP of Advisor Development (Excelerate) Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite Overview: As a Team Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our team connected, organized, and moving forward. You'll partner with leadership to support recruiting, coordinate high-impact meetings and events, and help create an exceptional experience for candidates, advisors, and team members. What you’ll do: Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and inboxes Coordinate team meetings, advisor events, conferences, and travel logistics Create and send internal emails, coaching content, recruiting campaigns, and presentations Keep Salesforce, mailing lists, reports, and team metrics up to date Support day-to-day team operations, including advisor processes and special projects Experience you’ll bring: 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities Bonus Points: IMO or Financial Services Experience What you’ll get: Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options) Generous PTO package from your start date Access to an on-site café, gym and primary care Continuous personal and professional development opportunities Recognition for hard work & exemplary performance Employee sponsored events…and more!
