IT Support Specialist: Help Desk for Local & Remote Teams

DCS Corp is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide IT support to local and remote employees in Dayton, OH. You will install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and phones, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Documentation and timely resolution of problems are essential.
